Garrett Horn is an artist from Jefferson City Missouri. He attended Blair Oaks High school and is now recently graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in studio art: illustration. Garrett likes to watch movies, play video games and be active with either sports or weight lifting with his friends. A lot of his artwork reflects those things.
